This Policy governs the use of GDS services and intervention projects by our users and stakeholders unless otherwise agreed through written contract. .

Payment transactions will be processed by a payment gateway and encrypted using a secure key exchange technology. Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password which enables you to access certain parts of our site, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. We ask you not to share your password with anyone. Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. You have the right to access information about your transactions. Any access request may be subject to a fee to meet our costs in providing you with details of the information we hold about you.
14. BREACH/PRIVACY VIOLATION
In the event of a breach of security leading to the accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure of, or access to personal information, GDS International Venture Limited shall within 72 (Seventy-Two) hours of having knowledge of such breach report the details of the breach to NITDA.
Furthermore, where we ascertain that such breach is detrimental to your rights and freedoms in relation to your personal information, we shall upon having knowledge of the occurrence of such breach take steps to inform you of the breach incident, the risk to your rights and freedoms resulting from such breach and any course of action to remedy the said breach.
15. CHANGES TO OUR PRIVACY POLICY
We may amend our privacy policy from time to time. Any changes we make to our privacy policy in the future will be posted on this page and where appropriate, notified to you by email or placing such notice at conspicuous points at our office facilities. The revised version will be effective 7-days after publication.. 16. GOVERNING LAW
This Privacy Policy is made pursuant to the Nigeria Data Protection Regulation (2019) and other relevant Nigerian laws, regulations or international conventions applicable to Nigeria.
